The Gather Rooms have all been created following biophilic human-centred principles.  An abundance of plants and unique interior design create holding spaces that guide the mind towards our connection with nature and instill a sense of calm and wellbeing.

Micro
Medium Room First Floor

From £4.69/hour

This stunning calming room contains comfortable seating for 1 to 1 sessions and couples therapy.  There is also a desk with access to a charge point and our inclusive WiFi. It has access to our small kitchen and dining space.

Mezzo
Medium/Large Room Ground Floor

From £4.85/hour

Our Mezzo room is accessible without stairs but a small threshold, it is suitable for individual and couples work, but will also host family sessions and small groups of up to 8 individuals.

Macro

Large Room First Floor

From £6.63/hour

Our Macro room is large enough for workshops, larger groups and training events for up to 20 people but has also been designed in such a way as to provide smaller contained nooks for individual and couples work. This also has direct access to our small kitchen and dining space.

​Our room fees come with discounts: 

​

  • 3-hour bookings carry a 10% discount on the hourly rate

  • half days carry a 15% discount on the hourly rate

  • full days carry a 20% discount on the hourly rate

  • regular recurring room bookings of any length are an additional 15% discount on the ad hoc cost

​

AND

​

  • while funding lasts an extra 25% discount on our room fees when you are offering heavily discounted client sessions (get in touch to find out more!)

Making a Booking


First booking 

On the Skedda website, you will be able to view room availability immediately. You will be asked to create an account (a speedy and simple process) which will allow you to make both ad hoc bookings and regular repeated bookings. Once we have reviewed your booking, we will send you a confirmation and once you have made the payment, the booking is fully confirmed. You will also receive a welcome pack with your first booking, which includes information about the rooms and a room rental agreement. If you have not yet seen the rooms, we suggest that you book a viewing, so that you can choose the space that most meets your needs.


Please note that the system will allow you to book far into the future, but our policy is to accept ad hoc bookings up 14 days in advance and regular bookings that start up to a month in advance. Please contact us directly with any bookings that fall outside of these time-frames and we will be happy to help you.

Cancellations

  1. For regular bookings, please provide one month’s notice of cancellation.

  2. For ad-hoc bookings, you can cancel and receive a 100% refund with more than one month’s notice, 50% refund with more than 2 weeks’ notice. There is no refund with less than 2 weeks’ notice as we will likely have turned other bookings down and will not be able to fill the space at such short notice.
