Room Availability & Bookings
Making a Booking
On the Skedda website, you will be able to view room availability immediately. You will be asked to create an account (a speedy and simple process) which will allow you to make both ad hoc bookings and regular repeated bookings. Once we have reviewed your booking, we will send you a confirmation and once you have made the payment, the booking is fully confirmed. You will also receive a welcome pack with your first booking, which includes information about the rooms and a room rental agreement. If you have not yet seen the rooms, we suggest that you book a viewing, so that you can choose the space that most meets your needs.
Please note that the system will allow you to book far into the future, but our policy is to accept ad hoc bookings up 14 days in advance and regular bookings that start up to a month in advance. Please contact us directly with any bookings that fall outside of these time-frames and we will be happy to help you.
For regular bookings, please provide one month’s notice of cancellation.
For ad-hoc bookings, you can cancel and receive a 100% refund with more than one month’s notice, 50% refund with more than 2 weeks’ notice. There is no refund with less than 2 weeks’ notice as we will likely have turned other bookings down and will not be able to fill the space at such short notice.
