About the event

This group is about more than giving and receiving solidarity and support, which in itself is essential in women's lives and integral to the group. It is also about giving honest feedback and exploring the ways we relate to one another so that we can help each other become more authentic in ourselves and our relationships. We will explore together how to be fully alive in, and true to, ourselves, without forfeiting our deep need to belong. Groups work can also draw old and painful dynamics out and into the room, where we can work through them towards more freedom and connection.
